This variety has a cream coloured skin and cream flesh, eyes are shallow to medium. Firm, cooked texture. This is a Second Early variety.
Maris Peer is suitable for:

waxy potatoes: translucent, moist feel.
Stay firm and make great salad potatoes.
floury potatoes: brighter, drier feel.
Best for fluffy potatoes or mash.
