Panfried New Potatoes

In the unlikely event of having leftover British new potatoes don’t worry they are equally delicious panfried in a little butter or oil for dinner or breakfast. Try them and we are sure you’ll be cooking more just so you can treat yourself!

  • Simply melt some English butter or a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan with a pinch of mustard.
  • Add slices of cooked new potatoes.
  • Season well and fry until golden brown on both sides.

An ideal accompaniment for British sausages, bacon and eggs!
