Ingredients
- 4 frozen potato waffles
- 2 medium eggs
- Dash milk
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp oil
- 25g Red Leicester cheese, grated
- Tomato ketchup to serve
Methods
- Grill the waffles according to the instructions on the pack.
- Meanwhile, beat together the eggs, milk and seasoning. Heat the oil in a small pan and add the eggs. Stir until scrambled and cooked throughout.
- Divide the eggs between 2 waffles, top with cheese and place under the grill for 1 minute or until melted. Add a spoonful of tomato ketchup and place the remaining waffles on top.
