Waffle And Egg Stack

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen potato waffles
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Dash milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 25g Red Leicester cheese, grated
  • Tomato ketchup to serve

Methods

  1. Grill the waffles according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Meanwhile, beat together the eggs, milk and seasoning.  Heat the oil in a small pan and add the eggs.  Stir until scrambled and cooked throughout.
  3. Divide the eggs between 2 waffles, top with cheese and place under the grill for 1 minute or until melted.  Add a spoonful of tomato ketchup and place the remaining waffles on top.
