Weekday Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 x 500g pack Frozen potato wedges
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into quarters
- 8 rashers British bacon, stretched and halved
- 1 Onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
- Arrange the potato wedges in a large, shallow ovenproof dish or roasting tray.
- Wrap each piece of chicken in a halved bacon rasher and add to the dish with the wedges.
- Toss the onion in the oil and place in the dish with the wedges and chicken. Season.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
